Shane has a background as a member of the CIB in the New Zealand Police for 13 years and a further 23 years of operational risk and security management experience. An extensive part of Shane’s career has been working with customers in all industries to understand their security services requirements and, where required, personalise the security service delivery for that customer to mitigate their risks.
Customer focus and establishing strong long-term relationships based on trust and responsibility is a personal key ethic in Shane’s work life and one which is actively lead by him within Armourguard.
Shane is responsible for managing and overseeing our core operation services including Armourguard's Cash services, Manned Services, Welfare and Dispatch, Risk management and Business Development.

Stuart has an extensive investigative background having spent 18 years in the New Zealand Police, most of it in the CIB and a further 20 years in the security and risk management industry. Stuart recently started with Armourguard and currently manages our Risk, Compliance and Health & Safety functions across our nationwide operations.

Martyn has more than 20 years’ experience in the service industry and has particular expertise in IT & T and call center management across a range of industries. He is responsible for the development and implementation of Armourguard’s critical IT and communications systems, including being responsible for the people and processes involved in delivery of these services to our clients nationwide. He works with a number of our customers to develop customised IT and reporting systems and functional requirements that are fit for purpose according to their needs.

Nick has been with Armourguard for more than 15 years and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is responsible for the overall financial management and financial direction of the company with an emphasis on growing the business and managing controls and compliance.
Nick has a vast experience in the security industry as well as a strong audit background prior to joining Armourguard.
With a history in the Australian banking industry, Denise has been involved in cash operations for the past nine years in New Zealand.
Her expertise has been invaluable in the running of Cash Operations and Transport Logistics in Christchurch as a Cash Operations Manager and a Cash Branch Manager for both Armourguard and ACM.

Ash joined Armourguard in August 2016 and comes with an extensive work history in Law enforcement and the Security Cash in Transit Industries. Since his short time being with Armourguard as National Logistics Operations Manager, Ash has taken charge of the transport and logistics division and prides himself on delivering exceptional service in very demanding and challenging industry.

Tim has eleven year’s management experience in a variety of industries. In his eight years with Armourguard Tim has held operational management roles in Wellington and Christchurch, and has managed the Auckland Branch for the past 4 years. He now manages our manned services in New Zealand’s core metropolitan regions of Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

Marilyn has a wide and varied range of experience with 30 years having worked in the security industry, the last 20 of which with Armourguard. She has a specific skillset in retail security and loss prevention, and has managed Armourguards Hamilton and most recently Wellington branches. She is now responsible for the overall management of our Tauranga, Rotorua, Hamilton and Whangarei branches.

Steffan has in-depth knowledge and experience in the security industry having spent 30 years working in security, 20 of which with Armourguard. He commenced his career working in the electronic security business and since starting, has held a number of operational, management and board membership roles. Steffan is responsible for strategic overview of our central branches including Palmerston North, Hawkes Bay and New Plymouth.
