Armourguard Security is the leading name in security services throughout New Zealand.  A fantastic opportunity is available for an Operations Manager to join the Tauranga Team.

The Role:

The Operations Manager reports to the Branch Manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company.  In this role you will be responsible for managing a team of employees and ensuring that all Key Performance Indicators are achieved.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager or in a field management role
• Experience supervising and managing a team of peopl
• Time management and problem solving skills
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills using MS Excel and MS Word
• Excellent communication, leadership, motivation and coaching skills
• Financial and business acumen
• Ability to lead from the front and to inspire your employees to achieve results
• Outstanding customer service skills
