ADT Armourguard welcomes new NZSA Executive Officer

Security was the topic of conversation when newly appointed Executive Officer of the New Zealand Security Association (NZSA) recently met with ADT Armourguard General Manager Ian Anderson.

Ian used the meeting as an opportunity to show Greg the ‘coalface’ of the company’s security operations.

“As an organisation that is an accredited member of the NZSA we support the work done by them and have a keen interest in their initiatives,” Ian said.

“It’s particularly important for the industry to foster good communications as collectively we are all working towards the same goal - providing the highest standards of security services that are designed to protect people, assets and businesses throughout the country.”
The New Zealand Security Association (NZSA) is the key representative of the security industry in New Zealand. It provides a range of services to members including education and training, development and maintenance of codes of practice and industry standards, advice and information, industry representation in respect of legislation and policies, as well as promotion of the high standards of efficiency, service and ethical behavior within the industry.

ADT Armourguard is currently an accredited member of the NZSA, having passed various audits involving: cash in transit, guard and patrol services, CCTV surveillance systems, intruder alarm systems, access control systems and alarm monitoring centres.
